b)  Any and all disputes between you and The Life Center will be settled by arbitration in Los Angeles, California in accordance with the regulations of the American Arbitration Association then in force, and you agree that all negotiations, discussions, and settlements shall be subject to obligations of confidentiality and shall not be disclosed to any third party. 

c) If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the all other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

d)   The Life Center's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by The Life Center in writing.

e)   This Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and The Life Center and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein and shall not be modified except as provided for above.

f)    By using this web site you represent and warrant that you are eighteen years of age or older, that have read this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

g)  If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
