What's Most
likely the truth About
The End of
the Mayan Calendar:
.
|
.
The Exact
Date: Well, to start
with, the evidence tell us that the Mayan calendar
probably does not end on
December 21. According to some
people, it ends on
December 23. But that date is also
questionable.
Calendar
Accuracy: Any
serious discussion regarding the exact
date on which the Mayan Calendar ends
should include answering these two
questions:
"How accurate is
the Mayan Calendar?"
and How accurate
is translation from the ancient calendar
system to our present day calendar?
If you search the Internet looking for
scientific research studies regarding the
accuracy of the Mayan Calendar and the
accuracy of its translation into our
Gregorian calendar, you'll find a lot of
conclusions that leave 12-21-2012 to be
just one number a among many.
Some say 21 December 2012 date is
inaccurate by a few days, some say it's
off by about a year, and others say it's
even further off. The exact timing
and the correlation between the Mayan
Calendar and our present calendar is
difficult to calculate and the varying
results leave us with a debatable
issue.
This aspect has been almost completely
ignored by the
mainstream media, by the religious
extremist, and by those who can make a
buck peddling stories about the Mayan
Calendar's end.
Another factor to consider is the fact
that in any calculation the conclusion can
only be a as accurate as the data it's
derived from. Researchers are
telling us that correlating the
Mayan calendar with our present calendar
is a rather complex process and takes
considerable skill. It's not a
simply cut and past process. The
calendar covers more that 5,000 years, and
in that long a time frame, even a very
small inaccuracy could result in an ending
point that is not 12-21-2012. Check
the Internet and you'll find several
answers and several way to calculate the
ending date.
Winter
Solstice:
December 21 is the date of the winter solstice -- the
shortest day of the year for those of us in the northern hemisphere
and the longest day of the year for those south of the equator.
See the section below titled:
Cosmic Event
The Observer and the Observed:
Another importance consideration is that predictions are probabilities and not carved in stone
facts. Present-day subatomic physicists
are telling us that observing something changes the
thing observed and that the probabilities (and the
anticipated results) are affected by thinking about them.
Prophecies:
The most appropriate word to describe prophecies it's "Ambiguity.
Prophecies tend to be vague and leave room for
interpretation. They use words and phrases that can be
interpreted in several ways. As a result, there's often multiple and
very different events that could be said to be the fulfillment of the
prophesy.
Any time there
is an interpreter, he (or she) puts his own beliefs,
attitudes and expectation on the prophecy.
A Cosmic Chicken-and-Egg --
Klein Bottle: The media,
religious extremist, and those who can make a buck
on the Mayan Calendar's end are peddling doomsday
scenarios. These predictions are
affecting the beliefs and expectations of millions
of people. This in turn, is affecting
the mass human consciousness. Mass human
consciousness affects the world we live in and
everyone and everything in it.
Thus we (the
collective we) are changing whatever will occur on
December 21, 2012. The media hype about
the end of the Mayan Calendar appears to be like a
cosmic chicken and egg
Klein Bottle. There's no beginning.
There's no end. There is only the Great
In Between -- an in-between within which we,
collectively and individually, create our own
reality.
If you want to
know the real truth about the end of the Mayan
Calendar, we suggest that you go onto the internet
and watch the You Tube video of Abbott and Costello
titled "Who's
on First."
No Mayan Predictions:
The Mayan
calendar simply ends. It doesn't declare
or predict
anything! Anything said about the Mayan
Calendar is a function of the person making the
statement. It's his or her story about
the calendar. It is
not
factual data given by the calendar, itself.
21 December 2012 is not the end of the world.
It's the end of a cycle (See
the section below titled:
Cosmic Event
You might also
note that over the centuries, we've had dozens of doomsday peddlers
telling us the exact date on which the world will
end. Everyone of them without exception,
has been both a fabrication of the predictor and
wrong.
Fairytale Society: We
live in a fairytale-based society, and all the
hoopla bout Mayan Calendar is jus one more truth
twister. Here are some Examples:
Religion:
When one examines religious beliefs,
the evidence tells us things about reality that
are vastly different from what most humans believe.
Separation
or Unity: In direct contradiction
to both the scientific evidence and
evidence (passages) in the Christian Bible,
most humans are stuck in the illusion of separation.
The false assumption is that everything is
separate from everything else - that we are separate
from Creator/God, separate from nature and separate
from each other. The truth is that
everything is energy and and
all energy is intimately interconnected.
Another false assumption is that our thoughts do not
affect anything outside of ourselves.
Democracy:
We believe we live in a democracy. We
actually, live in a thinly-disguised
corporate dictatorship.
Free Market:
People believe our economic system is a
free market.
Actually we live in a highly regulated and
controlled economy - an economy in which is
overwhelmed with thousands of laws and regulations
all designed by super-wealthy,
Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts, for the
exclusive benefit of the super-wealthy, and run by
super-wealthy the
Money &
Profit/Dopamine Addicts.
Fairytale
Money: The Banker lend
customers non-existent make-believe money (fiat
money) and charge customers exorbitant
interest rates for its use.
Drug Addicts:
The world is run by the super-wealthy
drug addicts
Money & Profit/Dopamine Addicts
>
Violence:
Every study ever conducted, without exception has
concluded that
cooperation is vastly superior to violence, and
yet, violence rules the entire planet.
Linear
Versus Cycles: Humans are stuck in
the illusion of a linear reality where things have
beginnings and ends. The Universe doesn't
work that way. Everything moves in
cyclicals and spirals. Any time we do anything, we
always step into existing cycles and later step back
out again. Nothing in and of itself, ever
ends. The end of one cycles is the
beginning of another cycle.
Beginning
at birth: We teach our
children fairytales about Santa Claus, the Tooth
Fairy, sex, marijuana, and countless other things.
Politics:
The people who lie to us about politics not liars,
their spin doctors.
Get
Real! Fairytales like
The Rapture and
God's Instantaneous, Supernatural Transcendental
Magic Act are excellent con-artist money
makers. The 12-21-2012 story
greatly enhances the believability of
The Rapture.
The Bottom Line:
The evidence tells that the doomsday prophecies
about the End of the Mayan
Calendar are just another set of
money-making fairytales
And one other
thing, The
Time of Great Changes which our distant
ancestors referred to as "The
Shift of the Ages" is already here!

Cosmic Event: 21
December 2012 is the date that approximates the
midpoint in a cosmic event. The Earth is
in the process of crossing the Galactic Equator (the
equator of the Milky Way),
In other words, the earth is transitioning between
two halves of the universe. It's like
traveling south and reaching the Earth's equator.
Cosmically and symbolically speaking, the Earth is
moving from the northern hemisphere into the
southern hemisphere (or vise versa).
Distances in
our galaxy are measured in millions and billions of
light years. Every movement in the physical
universe takes time.
How wide is the
galactic equator. Can that crossing
point be measured accurately enough toe declare and
exact date of crossing?
What Does All This Mean:
What would you like it to mean? Based
upon the evidence, a logical conclusion is that 21
Dec 2012 is an
approximate midpoint in a several-thousand-year-long
cosmic cycle.
Some General
Possibilities: One or more cataclysmic,
global-level events could occur that will
cause great havoc on the Earth.
These three events listed below are are not likely
to occur on December 22, 1012.
1) Excessively strong solar flares temporarily
knocking out the Earth's
electrical system. 2) Intentional or
accidental release of a deadly virus. and
3) A global level pandemic. One
thing that is all but certain is that this shift in
to the next cycle will trigger a significant shift
in human consciousness.
December 22, 2012 -- Some Possibilities:
12/22/2012 has been so strongly promoted as a day of
disaster that many people are filled with fear
about this day.
The Rapture
believers are anticipating that it's the day the
earth will be destroyed and Jesus will return.
It's certainly possible that those who would use
mass consciousness to promote their objectives could
intentionally trigger a serious problem on this day.
Let's look at the possibilities: 1)
Islamic terrorist could do something to create
destruction, such as releasing a dirty bomb (A
regular bomb dilled with highly radioactive nuclear
waste) in a major city.
2) A major computer virus could be activated
on that day. The entire Internet could
be infected and/or overwhelmed. This
could even shut down much of the military defense
systems all over the planet. Why would
anyone do that? What could they gain?
Who are the possible perpetrators?
*** The Russians?
No. They'd have nothing to gain.
*** Off planet
beings?
No. If there are such beings (and very likely
they do exist) they have a technology so superior to
ours that they'd have no need to screw up our
computer systems.
*** Islamic extremists?
Possibly, but not likely. They'd cause
damage, but even shutting down the computer system
would, in and of itself, not destroy western
society.
*** The communist
leaders of China?
Possibly as a precursor to a military take over of
Russia. This has been talked about for
decades, going all the way back to Edgar Casey
(twentieth century psychic and medical clairvoyant).
This, too, is unlikely. This would
almost certainly trigger a major global war.
In the long-term, this would be disaster for
everyone everywhere. But then, the Chinese
leaders are Power &
Control/Dopamine Drug Addicts, and who
knows what a drug addict will do?
*** Fundamentalist
Christian extremists?
Some of the extremists believe that helping God to
bring on
The Rapture
is a good thing to do. So again,
who knows?
3) Off planet beings could publically announce
their presence.
4) There could possibly a cosmic event.
(Not likely. See the next section below
about time.)
5) On the other hand, it could be just another
day.
The
Bottom Line: Be
prepared for everything, anything, and nothing.
Human Time Versus Cosmic Time:
We think of time in seconds,
minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, and years.
Universal time is measured in millions and billions
of years. The likelihood of a cosmic
event being predicted 5,000 years into the future
and being predicted down to the exact day of Earth
time is about as likely as a fruit fly living for a
hundred years. In physical reality,
changes take time.
On a cosmic scale, a
shifts take years, even centuries, so whatever this
transition is bringing us is already under way and
will likely go on for at least several more years.
All you have to do is look around you to see that we
are experiencing major changes and the evidence
indicates the coming changes will be even more
profound.
A Shift in Mass Consciousness:
This time frame could also be a time for a major and
rapid shifting of mass human consciousness.
Changes in human beliefs and attitudes have been
going on as long as humans have been on Earth.
Just like the physical changes, the rate of change
in beliefs and attitudes is accelerating
exponentially. In other words, the rate
of change is accelerating. Perhaps our
Fairytale Society
is about
to wake up to at least a touch of reality.

Whirlpool Analogy:
On Earth a whirlpool spins clockwise in the northern
hemisphere and it moves counter-clockwise in the
southern hemisphere. Which way does a whirlpool
spin when it's exactly on the earth's equator?
Following the
Hermetic principle of "As above so Below. As within
so without."
an analysis of a whirlpool on the equator might give
us a clue as to what is occurring on the entire
Earth as we move across the cosmic equator.
Evolution Jumps:
Again going back to the Hermetic principle of
"As above so Below.
As within so without." and examining how
evolution works may give us a clue as to what's
going on and what to expect. Scientists
have discovered that evolution is not a steady flow.
It's a process in which pressure for change builds
up and then, in a very short time, a significant
change occurs. This also could be what's going
on in human social, political, economic, religious,
and environmental evolution. We are in
the middle of major changes. One of the
major reasons is that the present economic system (which is at the core of human
social system) is based upon
numerous false assumptions
and it's
not sustainable.
Another possibility, is that
the human-caused changes may be just another con
game designed by
The Powers That Be to
trick people into believing still another illusion
We really don know what it is or isn't going to
happen. And still another possibility is
that December 12,2012 might be just another day.
Ride the Wave:
Regarding what is happening and whatwill happen, we'd
be wise go
with the flow. Like a surfer, they ride
the wave. And like a trained martial
arts master, we have the opportunity to use this
wave for positive transformation or for self-destruction.
