Reversing Global Warming  

The project's first  goal is to bring to public attention the fact  that  that the transformation of human consciousness  is the next, major step  in Reversing Global Warming.  

Why Do We Say That:    Because life as we (the collective we) are presently living it is not sustainable.   Major changes are inevitable.   This project is about examining possibilities; it's about hope; it's about intentionally creating our personal and collective futures.   It's about making choices intentionally rather than by default, accident, or happenstance.   It's about making choices based on what the evidence indicates and not on fairytales, or ancient stories, or what we'd like to believe is true.   It's about facing the reality of where we are right here right now.   

For those of you who already realize Global Climate Change is a real problem, let us show you how you can have a major, positive impact.   The step we are about to suggest will  make a significant contribution in ways that you probably won't realize until you take that step.   That step involves changing your level of awareness.

Let's begin by asking this question:   "How do we deal with a problem of this magnitude?"    Humanity is at the crossroads between major transformations in consciousness and the distinct possibility of human extinction.  Within these present conditions and within our personal circumstances, we each must answer these questions: 

Whom do we choose to become? 
What do we choose to do?  
Which path do YOU choose to walk?

Can We Get Real For a Moment?   To have the government apply a token treatment to one or more symptoms is NOT going to solve this problem.     For example, agreeing to reduce auto pollution by ten percent in ten years is like applying a band aid to a bullet wound.  It's ludicrous!   It's dysfunctional!   And it's suicidal.   Governments do not solve problems!  

Action is required now!  And the first action steps involve changing consciousness, changing awareness, finding and replacing false beliefs -- starting  in ourselves and then in our families and friends.

And for each of us individually (for you as well as for me)  to stand still, to do nothing -- to "let George do it," is actually taking a big step along the path toward collective (all-of-us-sharing responsibility for)  global-level DISASTER.

We cannot solve our social, political, economic, religious, and environmental problems with the same tools we used to create those problems.   The key to success or failure lies in releasing or not releasing  our false beliefs about reality, particularly in two areas.  The first is  dealing with money.   We have such a drastically distorted perspective on money that we've made it into a God that controls and dominates almost every aspect of human life.   The second area of focus is  finding the truth about the nature of Earth plane reality.   See the descriptions below:

The Great God:  Money  --  The first area that is drastically in need of revision is our beliefs regarding money.   The main  reason that the super wealthy have nearly succeeded in destroying the American middle class is that most people have incredibly naive beliefs about their relationship to money.   We'll begin to shift those beliefs when we get into the details of the project titled:  Preserving the Last of the Virgin Redwood Forests. '    

For those of you who can't wait until the rest of us get there, here are two examples:   

Retirement Funding:  As a result of basing their retirement care on someone else's promises, many people have had their retirement funds grossly mismanaged and in all too many cases, literally stolen.   
Reference one:   What Social Security Was Supposed to Be. '

Asset Ownership:  The rich have reaped the vast majority of  the benefits of asset ownership because most people believe it's impossible for them to have any financial interest in or any control over or any creative influence in the companies they work for.    We'll show you how to change that.   See:  The Owner's Trust.'  

Religion and Reality  --    The second area of focus is  finding the truth about the nature of Earth plane reality.   Religious beliefs  are at the core of human consciousness.   Regardless of what those beliefs are, they control almost everything in our lives.  Many of our cherished religious beliefs hold us stuck in dysfunctional behaviors because they have little or no relationship to what the evidence tells us is most likely the truth about physical reality.   

In the past six-hundred years, science has made quantum leaps in understanding the world we live in.   In denial of those findings, the majority of the traditional and the commonly held religious beliefs are still based on ancient, unprovable stories  --  stories written by people who, having no means of knowing otherwise, believed that the Earth was flat.   

Millions of people still hold beliefs about what God is and how He/She/It functions, beliefs about what humans are,  and beliefs about how the universe functions that are based upon ancient, unprovable, religious  fairytales.   For example, the belief that humans are separate from God and separate from nature '  is religion-based, and it's, without a doubt, the most pervasive and most destructive illusion of all times.

Consequently, we need to determine what beliefs interfere with our lives today and what beliefs promote joy and success,  particularly as those beliefs are consistent with or in conflict with the newly discovered laws of physics, astronomy, medicine, ecosystem biology, and several other sciences.   

Symbolically speaking, our projects are a "Lewis and Clark -- Core of Discovery" style expedition into "The Possibilities of Consciousness."    We have several possibilities regarding where we are going, however,  in an undertaking if this magnitude, the unknown far outweigh what is known.   The potential is awe inspiring.   Failure to reverse the Global Warming process  is a disaster of almost unimaginable proportions.
