to Arrange for Your Session(s) with Kurt:

Step
One:

Contact
us by phone or e-mail. If you send an e-mail, please include your
phone number and the best time for us to call you.

Step
Two:

During
our phone conversation:
|
(A)
We will discuss your needs, desires, and circumstances, and
then, together, we'll choose what arrangements will best
work for you.
Your session or sessions with Kurt will then be
scheduled.

(B)
During our phone discussion, we will also determine the
fees -- i.e. the amount of
your minimum donation to
The
Life Center.

Three:

Arranging
for payments:
|
Sessions
at Kurt's
Location:
|
If
you come to Kurt's location, the pre-agreed-upon donation can be made:
(A) By credit
card prior to the date of the session.
(B) By cash or check at the time of your
session.
|
Sessions
Where Kurt Comes to You:
|
If
you need or desire for Kurt to come to your location, payments must be
received prior to the date of your session or sessions. Cash,
bank checks, money orders, and credit
card payments are the acceptable methods of payment.
We
are, unfortunately, required to make this pre-payment arrangement because of the
frequent past experiences where clients have not honored their financial
commitments.

your payment is confirmed, you will receive a phone call verifying your
appointment.
