. 4.1 Spend twenty minutes each day sitting quietly:Regularly (daily) sit quietly for twenty minutes and declare your vision (as outlined above). If twenty minutes seems inordinately long, sit for only two minutes. It's not the time you spend that is the power, it's the commitment to spent that time. That commitment reflects how dedicated you are to really manifesting your goal. See section 1803-A~ Creating by Intention. 4.2 Look for examples of what you intend Daily look for and see samples and examples of your vision. As you go about your daily activity, constantly look for samples, examples, and role models of what you intend (choose / require) to be, do, have, express, and/or experience. Make up an image of what you want by taking pieces from a variety of sources. For example, your dream house might be made up of your neighbors front porch, your uncles living room, Susie’s kitchen, and the bedroom from a fantasy film. (See Section 1808-B~ Abundance.) 4.3 Completely commit yourself How committed are you to manifesting the goal you stated in the process above? Your level of commitment is a measure of your level of success. Commit to completion. Commit to sustained action. Commit to being OK with continue to failing until you succeed. Make each so-called failure another step closer to success. (See Section 1801-L~ Life as a Game & Section 1823-Commitment) 4.4 Share and use this process with a partner:The most important thing you can do to ensure your success is to share and use this process with a partner. Those who use this process alone, often find that the world, the people they associate with, and all their old habits soon overwhelm them. Because of this outside pressure, there is a strong tendency to revert to their old ways of being, with the result that nothing changes very much. So for optimum results, find one or more partners and create a team. Think of yourself and your partners as a variation on the theme of a sports team or a theatrical performance group. Share your process and your progress with them. Your team will provide you with the personal support required to integrate new habit patterns into your life. We create very little of our reality without the participation of others. It is almost impossible to live at any level of comfort without the assistance, cooperation and the creations of others. So find one or more other people who choose something compatible with what you want and then support each other in co-create what each of you chooses. (See Section 1803-C~ Support-Team) 4.5 Use discretion in talking to others Walk the line between being a blabbermouth and sharing on need-to-know-basis only. Be open yet discerning regarding those with whom you share your personal-transformation work. Share your process only with supportive people. Avoid sharing with those who would ridicule or belittle you. 4.6 Empower your visions with emotion: To empower your visions, answer the question: “Why have I chosen what I have chosen”? Make two lists. (Fill in the blanks below with whatever your intention is) (1) These are the reasons why I choose /require ______________________ (2) These are the reasons why I expect ______________________________ (See Section 1803-C~ Support-Team.) Read your lists out loud, first thing each morning, and last thing each night. 4.7 Learn to think in a new dimension: Normal human beings think in a linear fashion, such as: "One thing follows another." "Time moves in one direction only, and at a constant speed." BUT ... The universe does not operate on a linear time line, so stop thinking in a linear fashion. Think in the context of “All is now.” Think the way an enlightened master would think. Remember these two statements of Jesus: “Have I not said you are Gods” and “Anything I can do you can do and more.” Think the way a blended being (a multi-dimensional being of light) would think. Imagine yourself in a creative partnership with God and your business is to manifest your grandest vision of who you are. (See section 1290-13 Who Am I) Pray about (visualize and say thank you for) everything you desire, and then with gratitude, say thank you for everything that comes. Say thank you regardless of what manifests. Accept it as your Buddha Gift. Keep in mind that we don’t have any idea of what experiences are in our long-term highest and best interest. Thousands of people have reported going through experiences that they originally thought of as negative only to later be extremely grateful for having had those experiences. 4.9 Learn to flow with change: Not only is planet Earth changing, the rate of change is speeding up. We can’t count on our old ways any more. May things that worked well in the past, simply don’t work any more. Because of the energetic shifts presently occurring on planet Earth, our thoughts are manifesting more rapidly than they did in the past. Now, more than ever, we need to pay attention to what we think about, particularly what we think about with strong emotion. (See Section 1290-11-Accepting Changes.)* 4.10 Become aware of the power in beliefs, feelings, and attitudes: Become aware of the power that your beliefs, your expectations, and your attitudes have on your ability to manifest what you intend. For example, which of the following attitudes is most likely to get you what you choose? “Life sucks and then you die.” or “When life gives me lemons, I make lemonade.” (See section 1807-C~ Beliefs) 4.11 Accept personal responsibility for everything you experience: Take responsibility for every one of your experiences. Acknowledge that you are the soul creator of how you feel. You are the only person who can create in your reality. There are no victims, only unconscious creators. Regularly say to yourself: “I acknowledge that I am constantly becoming, experiencing, expressing, and manifesting a blending of my thoughts, my actions, and my feelings.” Imagine your thoughts, and feelings, you attitudes, beliefs and expectations, your actions and activities as raw material going into one end a factory. What comes out the other end of the factory is you life as you are presently experiencing it. Remember the old axiom “Garbage in – garbage out.” So, be wise regarding what you put into your factory. (See Section 1801-A~ Co-Creating-with-Spirit.) 4.12 Remember that what something means Acknowledge that external experiences are, in and of themselves, meaningless. Because there are no inherent significances in anything we experience in the external world, each experience holds only the significance that we give to it. Acknowledge that what something means to you is your own creation. Post this note on your refrigerator door: .
. 4.13 Become aware of when and why In your daily activities, become aware of what pushes your emotional buttons. Become aware of how much emotional energy you throw away: * on things that are really trivial, * on the personal behavior of other people for which you have neither responsibility nor control, and * on things that do not affect you and are really none of your business. (See Section 1802-A~ Allowing) 4.14 Transform fear into excitement:Avoid changing your course or your actions out of fear. Fear and excitement are physiologically almost identical. Because many of the things we fear are not really dangerous, we can, in many cases, expand our lives by transforming our fears into excitement. It simply takes practice, deep breathing, and a change of attitude. (See section 1804~ Emotions.) 4.15 Become aware of your body language Become aware of the power that you physiology [your body language --- how you hold your body, how you breathe, how you talk] has on your ability to manifest what you want. Become aware of the power that your behavior patterns have on your ability to manifest what you intend. (See section 1807-A~ Habit-Patterns) 4.16 Become aware of your self talk:Become aware of the power that your self talk (your thoughts / what you silently tell yourself) has on your ability to manifest what you intend. Ask yourself: “Does this thought / belief / attitude serve me? Does it serve me in better knowing myself as who and what I truly am? What verbal statements does it generate? What actions does it generate? Does it move me toward or away from my stated intentions regarding a) who and what I am, b) who and what I choose to be and c) what I choose to experience?” (See section 1801-D~ Attraction 4.17 Reduce your stress levels:Although certain levels of stress are positive and motivational, excessive stress is very destructive. Much of our stress comes from two sources: 1) From being overwhelmed with too much to do in too short a time. 2) From our fear that we will not get what we choose and that we will end up experiencing that which we preferred to avoid. We can reduce our stress from being overwhelmed by focusing on one small step at a time, and we can reduce our stress from fear by focusing on what we want. See
Sections: 4-18 Allow yourself to be:On the physical level, one of the ways to have more, is to work harder, stronger, and longer. In the non-physical world, the opposite is true. For example, you can’t try to meditate, and you can’t think about meditating while you are meditating. You just have to relax and allow. So it is with the visioning process. See your vision complete, then let it go and allow it to be. Remember, you are a human being not a human doing. (See Section 1802-A~ Allowing) 4.19 Become a neutral observer:Once you have clearly stated your intentions, allow time for their manifestation. Wait patiently for your intentions and their related events to be set into motion. Simply watch as your intentions and their related events are set into motion. With detachment, calmly and patiently observe your budding and blossoming consciousness of (whatever you have chosen to create) as it flows through its growth stages and into full conscious bloom --- as it flows into joyous physical experiences and expressions. And remember that the vast majority of the universal creation process is invisible to us. Most of the creation process is complete before we see or experience any evidence of its manifestation. 4.20 Enhance your stated intention:(Fill in the blanks below with whatever you have chosen to create) You
can regularly and consistently enhance your ability *
By regularly and consistently focusing on and holding your attention * By clearly visualizing yourself receiving ___________ *
By clearly and repeatedly stating your intention *
By your prayers of gratitude -- by thanking Divinity *
By allowing the universe to bring you * By welcoming those experiences, *
By accepting the gifts of knowledge and wisdom * By relaxing, * By deep rhythmic breathing, *
By inwardly visualizing and hearing what ___________ *
By inwardly smelling and tasting what ___________
*
By inwardly experiencing the pure, positive, and loving *
By holding a firm belief in your ability *
By being willing to accept and allow *
By taking some action each day (See Section: 1805-B~ Self-Image.) 4.21 Create your own future:Within the context of human life on planet Earth, the vast majority of your future is based on what you think and feel right now. Certain experiences have already been set into motion by past thoughts. These will need to be dealt with physically. For example, if you have just jumped off a diving board, you can expect to get wet; that is, providing that you checked to see if there was water in the pool before you jumped. Go through your previously-created experiences with great joy for those experiences you intended to manifest. Hold the experiences that you created by accident or default as opportunities to enhance your awareness and as opportunities for personal growth. Beyond what you have already set into motion, your future depends on your past only to the extent that you continue to think the thoughts, feel the feelings, and take the actions that you used to think, feel, and do. (See Section 1801-D~ Attraction) 4.22 Take action:What counts is not what you can do, but rather what you actually do. Knowledge, in and of itself, is only potential power. Knowledge in action is power. What motivates you? What inspires you to take action? Anything you consciously focus on you can do, but remember to take action one step at a time. Each morning, go into your inner self and ask, “What small and seemingly insignificant step (or steps) can I take today that will move me closer to manifesting my stated intentions?” See, hear, feel, or just know your answer. Become aware of what feels right, and, whatever it is, just do it. Take That Step! Take all appropriate actions to manifest what you have created via your “prayers and declarations”. (See Sections: 1808-C-Goals-&-Planning & 1805-A~ Next-Step-Intending.) 1) Look for others who have done what you intend to do (or something similar.) Successful people followed a success formula, even if they didn’t do so consciously. The same universal laws work for everyone. Do what they did and adapt it (change it) to fit your particular circumstances. 2) Take some action. Just begin. Begin even if you feel you are not ready or that you don’t know what to do. The doing makes you ready and shows the way. 3) Notice what you are getting from your action. Notice what is working and what is not. Notice the consequences of your action. 4) Make any necessary mid-course corrections to move you closer to the goal. 5) Be persistent. Keep on taking action and making the necessary mid-course corrections until you get the results you choose. What would you do if you were filled with courage and self confidence? Take small, daily steps. Thousands of others have manifested their vision. You can too.
