RE:         Two Solutions to the Home Foreclosure Problem

The real estate mortgage meltdown could be ended almost overnight by two relatively simply, easy-to-implement techniques on the part of the mortgage lenders.    The tools for change are already in place.   One of the two techniques is beginning to be used,  but only in cases where the banks get paid by the government to do so.   Unfortunately the willingness to apply second solution is completely absent.

The Democratic team needs to beat the Republicans in inviting the banks to voluntarily apply a combination of these two solutions.   In hopes that the Democrats will be wise enough to publicly propose this solution, we have published only the basics of our proposal.   We are temporarily withholding publishing the additional pages containing the details of our solution.    Unless we receive a prompt response from major democratic leaders, we will publish the additional pages.   We will then email to several media outlets  an invitation to view the solutions posted on our websites.   If we are pushed into that option by the continued ignoring of our work by democratic leaders, the Democrats will lose a huge opportunity.
