An Example:
Old
Perspective: The typical
presidential candidate puts forth messages that create
the following impression: "I am
special. As THE President, I'll be in charge
of everything. Trust me."
(When was the last time we had a Republican President
who kept his campaign promises?)
New
Perspective: As your
President, I am the nation's team leader.
Mr. Bush runs the Presidency as if he were a sovereign
king. When you experience my presidency,
you'll see a distinct difference. You'll see
that it's a team effort. You'll see that I
am the Team Leader. Any good leader,
has hundreds (or even thousands) of people working
toward a common goal. As your nation's
elected leader, my job is to inspire all of us to work
together toward the common goal of restoring our
nation's health, wealth, and prosperity.
New
Perspective:
Any good leader has a team of trusted
advisers. He does not make decisions based
on his ego or on personal, unprovable
beliefs. He bases his decisions upon
what the evidence indicates is the best possible choice
in that moment. Then, based upon the
evidence and upon what his advisers have told him, his
primary job is to weigh the consequences of all pending
decisions and to know when to say yes and when to say
no. There is no one presently running for
President who is better at this process than I
am.
New Perspective: You are hiring
me as an individual . . . Yes, I said "hiring
me," and I said "hiring" because, as your
president, I am your employee, not your
boss. I work for you. You don't
work for me. We are all working together to
recreate a nation of health, wealth, and prosperity for
all of us -- not just for the wealthy, but for all of
us.
When you hire
me, you also hire the entire Democratic Party, and you
hire me to be the Team Leader. There are
thousands of highly skilled and diversely talented men
and women in the Democratic Party. When you
elect me, you also elect them. Together,
you, and that team, and I will turn this country around
and take from, its present path of senseless war and
needless environmental destruction, to the path of
health, wealth, and prosperity.
A Second Example:
Old Perspective: Business as usual. More of
the same. The same thing harder. Ignore the root
causes of problems -- treat symptoms. Focus on short term
"Look Good"-- ignore the long-term
consequences.
I'll surrounded
myself with "Yes men." I'll close
both my eyes and my mind, and then see if I can pin the
tail on the donkey. Most importantly, I'll
focus on "What's in it for me and what's in it for
my wealthy cronies?"
New Perspective: As your President, I'll
set up a special, independent team whose job it is to
look for, find, and bring to my attention and to the
attention of my staff and my other advisors the
drawbacks, the faults, and the dysfunctional aspects of
all proposed legislation and all major activities of my
presidency. And I'll get their perspectives before major decisions
are made -- before your tax dollars are wasted on
useless and unworkable programs.
The Above Perspectives Are Only
Brief Examples:
There is much more,
but unfortunately, Robert's financial status and his
limited time, prevent him from simply volunteering his
services. If the campaign is able to hire
his services, he will work for a reduced rate, and is
willing to devote a significant amount of time to the
campaign.
.
Why
Hire Robert? Because he is
master of creative thinking. When you
examine the TLC-Life-Center Websites, all of which he
created, you'll clearly see the creativity he has
to offer. You are invited to examine
his proposals for:
Reducing gang
violence and vandalism:

Changing the way we protect our
natural environment:

The next major step in
reversing Global Climate Change:

As well as: A way to
protect people's retirement funds -- A way to end
global-level, religiously- inspired violence -- A
way to resolve the anti-abortion war -- Et
cetera, et cetera, etc. .

.
Why Hire
Robert? Because he is outside of the
political system. He can give you a
perspective that you won't find anywhere else.
.
Why
Hire Robert? Because without
significant revisions in your political campaign, you'll
soon become:
"What's-his-name? You know who I mean;
the guy who ran for president in 2008."
