Works in Three Stages:

The first step is a gentle awakening that inspires small, seemingly insignificant steps toward feeling better. Those steps cause your tensions and anxieties to slowly and steadily unwind like unraveling the rubber band in the core of an old fashioned golf ball. With a long series of little successes, you become more relaxed, more calm, and more self-confident.

By the start of the second stage (the structural adjustment phase) you have found a grander picture of yourself –- a vision of who and what you would like to be.
